Who can enter the promotion?

Entry is open to all Australian residents who are 18 years and over.

 

The site isn’t loading, what should I do?

So you’ve followed the instructions leading you to the website and the site isn’t loading? Well, there are a few things you can try. First, check if your device is properly connected to the internet. If you are connected to WIFI, try disconnecting and reloading the site on 4/5G or loading a different webpage to make sure your internet connection is stable. If internet connection isn’t the issue, try clearing the browsing history on your device and open the promotional page in a new tab, preferably a new private tab or new browser. This will ensure there are no other conflicting browser settings interrupting the promotion.

How do I access the Summer On Pack 2025 Promotion?

You’ll need to scan a QR code on promotional carton or visit the Promotional website on your smartphone and follow the entry instructions.

Do I need to purchase a case of XXXX, Hahn or Tooheys to win any of the prizes?

Yes, there needs to be a purchase of a specially marked carton with a unique code.

 

Where can I purchase a case of Tooheys?

Tooheys promotional stock is only available for purchase in NSW and QLD.

 

What is a proof of Purchase?

The proof of purchase required is the unique code found on the specially marked case for the qualifying transaction within the Promotional Period from a Participating Venue. When requested, proof of purchase must be supplied within seven (7) days.

Please note: Order confirmations are not valid proof of purchase receipts and will not be accepted.

 

How many times can I enter the promotion?

You are able to enter on multiple occasions, subject to the following:

  1. maximum of one (1) entry permitted per qualifying transaction;
  2. limit one (1) entry permitted per person per day;
  3. maximum of five (5) entries permitted per person and
  4. only one (1) unique code per entry is permitted;
  5. the same unique code cannot be used more than once;
  6. unrecognised codes will be deemed invalid; and
  7. each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry instructions above.

 

How will I receive my prizes?

Instant prize winners will be notified on screen upon entry form submission, subject to verification.

You will then receive an email confirming your prize. Please allow up to 5 business days for your prize to be sent to the mobile number provided on entry. If you are an Android user, please ensure you check your SMS spam/junk folder. Follow the instructions in the SMS to activate your card within 2 months of issue.

 

Are there any special conditions to my prize?

Yes, there are special conditions for all prizes. Please check the full Terms and Conditions in the ‘Prize Conditions’ section for this information.
